Seamless Branding Report Card

People should never wonder whether they found the right you. Enter what each profile shows, your name, handle, bio, photo, and tone, and get a graded report card with every handle and link, the fixes that matter most in order, and a PDF to download or print.

From Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence · 4.6, 4.16

01 The Standard

What every profile should match. The report card compares each platform against this.

If others share your name, a middle initial is how people find the right one (4.6).

When you search your name, is the first page you?

Search your name now in a private window.

02 Your Profiles

Add each platform you are on, and copy in what it shows right now. Nothing is looked up: the check compares only what you enter.

    The Method

    From the Book

Every step in this tool comes from Personal Branding: A Manifesto on Fame and Influence, Second Edition, by Isaac Mashman. The book goes further. Read about it.

    1. 4.16There should be no doubt who you are, on and offline. Start by searching your own name and seeing what comes up.
    2. 4.16Secure the same handle on every platform, and the matching domain. Use the same pictures, so people recognize you instantly.
    3. 4.16Use the same marketing message everywhere, longer or shorter to fit, and one tone, so what people know you for never changes.
    4. 4.6If others share your name, lean into it: a middle initial or a consistent variation makes you the one people find.

    Questions

Does the report card look up my profiles?

No. It compares only what you type in, so it works for any platform, private accounts included, and nothing about you is fetched or sent.

How is the grade worked out?

Each platform is scored on its name, handle, bio, photo, and tone against the standard you set. Across all of them it checks your domain, your search results, and whether you use one handle everywhere. Fails count more than near misses.
