Refund Policy

Terms

• All consulting, retainer, and Workplace Audit fees are due upon booking and cover the consultant's time, preparation, the audit instrument and reports, and the support included with that engagement.
• Speaking fees are an exception and require at least a 50% deposit of the entire fee at the time of scheduling. International engagements require 75%.
• Once a consultation, event, or Workplace Audit has been scheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund. For a Workplace Audit, scheduling includes issuing the participant link. This accounts for the preparation, configuration, and commitments Mashman Consulting Group LLC makes in advance to serve the client.
• Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice: 2 days for a virtual consultation or leadership conversation, 45 days for in-person consultations, and 90 days for in-person speaking engagements. Contact the assigned consultant or legal@mashmancg.com directly.
• Mashman Consulting Group does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any engagement. Refunds are not issued on the basis of dissatisfaction with results, as the business model relies heavily on proprietary information, strategies, and technologies.
• Retainers, multi-phase Workplace Audits, and cancellations follow the written contract between Mashman Consulting Group and the client.
• Exceptions are considered case by case and require a written request to legal@mashmancg.com.
